After 1930s, there came the domination of socialist realism, leading unitary into the creation while there were some masters with creative artworks like Ioganson, Deineka etc. After 1950s, the literature and art circles in Soviet Union enjoyed increasingly active exchanges with emerging new waves and vital creation. Many famous artists like Plastov, Yablonskaya, Milnikov, Moiseyenko, Korzev, Gritsai, Tkachov Brothers, Salakhov came to the forefront and took the lead during that period.
