Travelling exhibition Land of Fertility: Mountain Art Russian Collection will be held in Museum of Chinese Academy of Oil Painting in Beijing.

Art of Russia and Soviet Union has placed vast and significant influence to Chinese society, culture and art. The masterpieces of Russia and Soviet Union, full of flame of humanity and concern to the real life, have inspired a large number of Chinese artists, and have provided a lot for Chinese artists to study and learn from.

With the help of Professor Shao Dazhen and Xi Jingzhi, Mountain Art Foundation has collected series of important Russian masterpieces which closely related to Chinese art development. There are more than one hundred pieces of Russian art works shown in the tour exhibition around China, hoping to share the great charm and fascination of Russian Arts.
